Function:
Propyl Dihydrojasmonate is a synthetic plant growth promoter, similar in structure to the natural plant regulator jasmonic acid that commonly exist in vascular plants, non-toxic to the environment. Propyl Dihydrojasmonate ( PDJ ) can promote the synthesis of plant endogenous S-ABA, promote ethylene, promote fruit ripening; can catalyze the synthesis and enhancement of fruit anthocyanins (a red pigment, a type of flavonoids) and carotene. It accumulates anthocyanidins and at the same time improves the antioxidant capacity of fruits; it can induce the expression of plant resistance genes, awaken the active defense of plants, and enhance the resistance of plants to adversity.
